These things work great for such a simple idea. I use them on my lat pull down machine and do donkey kicks with them. I uave a men's 9 foot and these fit nicely but I will say that they might be too large for bare, skinny ankles. I always have socks on and they work out perfectly. Also, walking around with them over my sneakers feels fine, no uneveness when I walk. They're made very well. The "D" rings and sew patterns are pretty heavy duty. I would buy these again.

These are 10 inches of padding. I'm 13 just above the sneaker. 1 snap ring pulls the d ring attachments to tight together. Much discomfort. Was packing up to return when it popped. Use 2 one on each d ring. That works well. Bit of a pain to hook on but no discomfort. Have couple sets of their rubber bands so knew quality was good. Stitching Velcro etc all excellent. The under shoe strap makes all the difference. Doesn't slide even when soaked with sweat. And are 3 3/4" wide. Which it doesn't say in description. Deducted 1 star for poor design. The ones that come with band sets are infinite adjust Velcro with padding slides inside it's self. I guess everyone just copies each other.
