WEIGHT VEST INFORMATION: Total of 8 iron weights, 4 in the front and 4 in the back each weighing approximately 2.18 lbs. Weighted Vest holds a maximum of 15-18lb. All weights are included with weighted vest.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove the weights from the weighted vest. Hand wash with soap and hang dry.
