It’s easy to assemble and no tools required. And it’s versatile. Plank, mountain climbing, hip training, resistance band, and shoulder training and so on. I tried all of them. One equipment covers all. A little bonus, it comes a tiny timer which is convenient.

The main platform is thin plastic with a bit of flex, and on smooth floors it can shift around unless you put it on a mat. The fold in the middle also is not the smoothest spot to move across.
The accessories are the highlight. The bar, resistance bands, and push-up handles make it easy to mix up basic core, leg, and shoulder work, and the pads are comfortable enough for shorter sessions. The resistance is pretty light though, so it is better for gentle toning and practicing form than for a tough workout.
Overall I would call this an entry-level Pilates board. It is compact, easy to store, and fine if you just want a basic setup to move with at home, but it does not feel like a heavy-duty piece of equipment and people who want a more intense routine will probably outgrow it.
