He plays with this every morning, it has music and it keeps him entertain, with different modes and settings he doesn’t get bored with it. I got this as a family Christmas gift. I love this vs our Century Bob mannequin because it's so much easier on our wrists and is far more entertaining. My 10yr old daughter feels empowered as it doesn't take a lot of pressure to successfully hit the target. My 8yo son gets his energy out and hits it much harder without knocking it off the wall. My husband has arthritis in his wrists and can still do more than "shadowbox" with it and have fun without pain. I personally find that I am exercising longer than I normally would because it's like a game.
